A man was shot in Ashland, Virginia, just north of Richmond and is in surgery in stable condition. The police shut down I-95 for hours, but it is now officially open. As always, the police are baffled.

The shooter worked the weekend for the first time, I'm pretty sure and the shooter missed low from what I've been able to discern. I'm interested in the caliber of this bullet.

you forgot:
a 60 year old was shot - no make it a 37 year old "traveller" (i think they meant tourist or salesman) who was shot in the head - no make that the back - no, no make that the stomach - They have no leads, no witnesses - police stopping all cars - don't know what they are looking for - the poor injured man ( i think we are clear it was a man) was shot in front of his girlfriend or make that wife and is either doing fine or very poorly ( at least 3 hour operation).
Also God is or isn't more important than the Constitution and lots of people getting pi$$ed off. There I think that will clear that up.
Prayers for the man and his family and all of you FReepers living in and around the area.
