Looks like, possibly sniper guy struck again, in Virgina, 37 year old victim shot after exiting restaurant, in surgery, serious condition, looks like a belly shot.....

Sniper type shooting tonight near Richmond, VA...about 90 miles south of DC.

37 year-old man shot in the abdomen...that's strange in itself.

Victim is alive. Dragnet going on. We all think it's the sniper, but the distance of the shoot was only 100 feet or so. The shoot was from the treeline, like most others, but closer.

Synopsis:

Man shot near Ashland, could be the sniper. First reports- 60 year old white man shot in back. Later changed to 37 year old man shot in abdomen or head depending on the station you were watching. Later reported that he is 37 years old and shot in stomach. He and his wife were walking out of a Ponderosa. He is a traveler, and they have not said where he is from yet.

Ted Williams has been contradicting himself. Larry Johnson seems to be the lone voice of reason as far as talking heads go.

95 was shut down immediately. Sounds like victim will be ok.
