Is that suppose to be an answer to that question?

Yes! A cold one sure sounds good!
Bottle or frosted mug? I'll decide on the way to the cooler.

FOX now questioning law enforcement and chief Moose.....LOL! I don't mean to discredit the fine reporting skills of the FOX team, MSNBC, CNN etc. (I work in that field, though I usually report on benign things like gardening trends ) but aren't they shooting themselves in their own feet? IMO, the main error of this law enforcement team is telling too much to the media. I want to know as much as anyone, and I'm sure they have a few secrets they aren't giving up, but I think that if they shut up from the beginning they might actually have had a chance to catch this creep/these creeps/this cell of terrorists.
Will free enterprise and competition between media outlets be the downfall of America? Tune into CNN and find out.

Frosted mug, please! I brew my own ales, what kind would you like? Boysenberry? Pumpkin? Pale Ale perhaps?

Well, maybe for PR purposes, we will have to come up with a kinder, gentler name for it---maybe 'Marsha's Law' or something... ;-) They'll have to contend with my NOT kinder or gentler 2nd Amendment Constitutional rights.

Where does the Constitution grant Constitutional rights? Let's start with Article I Section I -- "All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives".
nice try, key is 'Legislative powers granted" which does not equal individual rights granted.
Article I Section 3 Clause 3 -- "No Person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty Years, and been nine Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State for which he shall be chosen."
The Constitution attempts to protect unalienable rights and it does so through out by granting Constitutional rights.

I agree...
(longtime no see, bro - good to see ya!)

the rights and ideals of a society do depend on the majority of that society otherwise you are criminal or insane. Your rights are those personal beleifs in what is right, when you can share those beliefs and the majority agrees, even privately, then society adopts them, when you share an idea of what you think is right and the majority disagrees then it is wrong. When you share your belief in what you believe to be right and are punished for that, it is called supression. Countries don't "give up their rights" the people are put into a position of live this way or die. Civilizations have grown and collapsed under supressive governments. ie Roma, feudal Japan, China, etc.

The long term doesn't look good based on what the supposed Freedom lovers here are spouting. I'm chalking it up to hysteria and fear. I've spent 8 days in this mess since the first shot was fired and it is unnerving. More unnerving is the sheeple's willingness to go 'martial law'. In this war, it will never recede. We apparently are willing and planning on fighting this war forever. I prefer winning and soon. Call me nuts.

Thank you, that's what I was looking for!

"Perhaps too close to spinal cord to retrieve at this time."Thanks. I could see if the bullet is in a precarious position and it could be life threatening, I understand not removing it. Again, I didn't think of that. Thanks.

Tally me banana.

Don't get me wrong, I am pro LE.
The general consensus on the thread was that the law enforcement officials handled the situation both professionally and articulately.
I disagree, but that's just my opinion. When a senior law enforcement officer states he will not discuss the victims status, and then in the next breath, starts talking about the victims condition.....Well, you get the point.....
