Hanover County Shooting [Ashland, Virginia- North of Richmond]

Just reported. Took place outside of a Ponderosa Steakhouse. Not sure if it is related or not at this time. Police have shut down parts of I-95.

Ooooops! Hope I didn't offend anyone here - especially any of my friends, but I had heard this tossed around on the news. The news outlets seem to be living for this. They're making those snipers real happy with all the attention.

I just heard him say Hwys. 1, 301 and 95 closed, but no mention of a second shooting. Praying there's not another one.

Look at how the news, even Fox News, spins a story. A shooting just occurred and they are reporting that "the police are not sure it is related to the sniper," instead of saying, it is too early to know.
This is what they do and they do it well and they do it for one reason - RATINGS!

Has Kathleen Kennedy Townshend made a new commercial saying that tighter gun control laws would have prevented this shooting yet?

YES...in the past 100 years americans have become wimps... Instead of setting up yet another "task force" with another 800 number to call, the politicans should appeal to the American people to take up arms and stop these murdering goblins.
Enforcement of state and federal gun laws should be immediately ceased, and all law-abiding Americans should be encouraged to bear arms (of their choosing) in whatever manner (open or concealed) they so desire.
Also, the D.A.'s should agree to not prosecute anyone for chasing after or shooting at killers, unless it is in an extremely reckless manner.
That's what would have happened 100 years ago, anyway.

I am sitting right beside the TV, I haven't heard John Gibson mention a second shooting, either. Gibson on now, perhaps there will be more info.
