I couldn't tell for sure, but it looked like the guy who was shot was of some type of middle-eastern descent. Seems like that wouldn't be a target of the sniper if it is a foreign terrorist.

But maybe anyone working at a liquor store is fair game in their minds.

...he did look ME, but I don't think that had anything to do with it....he was first out the door, while the owner was locking the door....he was just the shooters first target...in MHO
