I had to skim alot of it, but the man is evidently in surgery at I think, a university hospital, I saw posted that he was shot in back and someone else said shot in stomach so not sure. Many posts are from people who live in the area and discussing the Richmond area.

Also noted, which is what my sister just said when I called her, he has never shot on a weekend. Guards were down. My sis was worried about today for that very reason.
