Maybe a few hundred civil law suits by those people who spent most of the night on the highways as the cops looked for that van will stop future liars.

If this bastard loses everything in civil court, other will only report what they saw.

'Problem is that when the "witnesses" start getting all the "justice," then no one will come forward.

Nice work, Fairfax Co.!

Obstructing justice is among the most dangerous enemies of our Republic.

Those who lie (like the phony witness) or withhold information (like that jackass Condit) severely undermine us.

In fact, they have rendered most of our country's civil venues impotent- with the guilty going free and the innocent footing the bill for the "privilege".

The punishment for obstructing justice should also include 50 lashes- one for each state of the Union- and 5 years of hard time.

THEN see how quickly these creeps learn to behave themselves and stop their lying, cheating ways.

For the skeptics I say, we have nothing to lose by trying this for a few years and seeing what happens.

I am convinced we will see an end to the Lays, Skillings, Fastows, and these types REAL FAST.
