It used to be that the only ones who got fingerprinted were those who participated in criminal activity. How are fingerprints on file somewhere going to keep a kid from getting abducted? This is only for if they find a dead body. How would having fingerprints on file have helped little Samantha who was abducted while screaming for her friend to get her grandmother?
