"What kind of bizarre Tom Tancredo planet is he living on?" Telling that a Democrat considers a planet bizarre where the law means something.

Oe more manifestation why Bush is losing so much conservative support. This is his responsibility. The President has not taken steps to assure that the INS and the Border Patrol are effective organizations. The lack of willingness to congtrol our borders and to deport illegal aliens within the US tell all who look that we are not serious.

That a mayor's spokesman (a powerless employee), not the mayor himself, feels free to insult a sitting member of Congress is a very telling detail.

Forgot to say: the way to nip this in the bud would be for several people to do down their with cameras and start taking pictures of all of them, the license plates of their cars, etc. Reaction to that might be fairly interesting.

"The only people who would of course need such a card are people who are here illegally," Tancredo said. "And they (the INS) should certainly have a bus sitting right there next to these lines of people, and as they pick up a card (the INS should) pick them up and say . . . 'Are you here legally? Then you don't need this. And if you're not, then come with me.' " Tancredo speaks the truth again.

My nephew lives in Hood River OR. He has noticed a certain group of Mexicans driving around in brand new SUVs, with the best snow-mobiles, etc. He inquired around and found out that they are making a fortune with their gas station because they sell false employment records and ids to newly arrived illegals. Of course, no one wants to investigate, I guess, because the illegals will be able to vote Dem. I'm sure this is going on all over the country.

Some immigrants at the consulate Thursday said Tancredo's statements could scare away Mexican nationals who need services. The only service an illegal immigrant needs is transportation back to their home country!

Tom Tancredo for President.
What a concept, actually requesting that the INS do something half way sensible and effective. It outrages the multiculturalist diversity-monger America-haters.

What kind of bizarre Tom Tancredo planet is he living on?" asked Andrew Hudson, Denver Mayor Wellington Webb's spokesman, when told about the congressman's latest comments against making accommodations for illegal immigrantsUhhhh....I'm thinking planet Earth. But one does have to wonder about what kind of Rocky Mountain High it takes to think average everyday people don't want the laws about immigration and the borders enforced.
The attack on Representative Tancredo is getting kind of hilarious. Except, of course, for the fact that our country's future is at stake here.

Only a RAT would consider enforcing the law "bizarre".

He's right - no legal visitor or immigrant needs the card. And if they are lined up to get the card, it should be a target rich environment for the INS.
Well, I can dream.

How silly of you, didn't you know that laws are only for legal citizens, illegal trespassers don't have to abide by any of our laws.

Me too. And I hope he loses the primary so we don't have to lose the seat in order to get rid of him.

I was thinking that someone could get a bus and put "INS" on the side of it. That should scare them off!
