I'd like to know more about the person that told the lies. All they'd have to do is give the person's name and I wouldn't be surprised if a few of their neighbors showed them how unwise their move was! lol

Could have been a 16 year old...you will never hear the results of that...juvenile...WHOEVER it was...they wanted to be on the "record" to collect some of the 500,000 in cash.

well am i wrong in thinking that the discredited witness is the one that was in his van, backing out of his space, when he claims he saw a white van with someone looking very agitated, at not being able to get around him ? he was quoted as saying "i got a good look at the guy". they gave that guy's name in previous accounts over the past few days. Maybe i am wrong, but i was kind of figuring it was him.

Are you confident enough of law enforcement's telling the truth about the witness lying that you're willing to have the witness's name made public? I'm not.

Even if he really was lying, I think it would set a very precedent in terms of discouraging future witnesses from coming forward.
