This idiot can't even get the story straight. The title:

From the body of the article:

At the White House, reporters were told the Chinese were stunned

It's the Chinese who were stunned, not the North Koreans. Considering that Bush placed North Korea in the Axis of Evil, I doubt his administration was stunned by this development. And the Chinese were probably stunned only by the fact that North Korea admitted that the charges were true.
