GoDaddy is the registrar of the domain name. I suppose they didn't know they were registering a terrorist site.  They operate their own "Whois" at this site. Here's the result I get for Mojahedoon.net:

Just for the heck of it I tried to call the "Intelligence" division of the Atlanta Police Department to see if they were aware of any legalities or issues related to having Islamic terrorist websites with bomb making and kidnapping intructions hosted out of the center of the city. This is after the recommendation of the first APD officer I reached at the general number for APD. No Answer ... No one answers the phone in the "Intelligence Division". I didn't leave a message.

Maybe my next call should be to Chief Moose. He seems to be on top of things up there in DC ...

...An e-mail to Hinkle to comment was answered with a copy of an e mail he sent to the Atlanta Bureau of the FBI asking for comment.
