PHILADELPHIA -- Former hippie guru Ira Einhorn, who hid out in Europe for nearly 17 years after being charged with killing his girlfriend, was found guilty Thursday of murdering her and stuffing her mummified corpse in his closet.

Einhorn, 62, faces an automatic sentence of life in prison without parole.

You wish they would prosecute Clinton and Hillary, Mistress of Darkness ... my liberal friends say Clinton was innocent, that is why he wasn't convicted by the Senate... I tell them, the Clintons were not convicted because FLOTUS had all the Senate's FBI files... That shuts them up....

How many of us can be sure we don't have a mummified body in our closet? It could happen to anyone.

You owe me a keyboard. That's the funniest thing I've read all week. I salute you.

I heard Michael Smerconish address this on my way home from work. Something to the effect that Einhorn had listed him as a possible witness, but Gabriel declined - so no, I don't believe he testified.

Michael is a big fan also, and was apparently very concerned about it, too.

I may not have the exact details, but I think he was exonerated and you don't need to worry about it!

"He has supposedly said he doesn't like prison. Well, he'd better get used to it because he's going to be there for the rest of his life, deservedly so."

well, for one thing he won't be getting any Scandinavian blonde girlfriends in there...then again....

Just wait....we will have the "free Mumia" folks chanting along with the "free Ira" gang.....

"... what in the world was she [and numerous other women] doing with this monster? ... he never bathed and stank."

I'll answer that....as a woman I will admit that my gender can be a very stupid gender.....

The ironic thing is that the Philadelphia jury only convicted him because he was a Jew.

If it was O.J. on trial, there would have been a much different outcome.

He could get life in prison if convicted.

Maybe it's been a long day for me, but doesn't finding him guilty make him convicted?

What are they teaching in journalism school these days?

"...he never bathed and stank. He was fat with skinny little legs. From every thing I have seen, he was a vile person."

It's uncanny how many things Einhorn has in common with Karl Marx, including what you've just mentioned. The bullying of the weak, of women in particular. Not only did they both perpetrate violence, they both wrote in praise of it and they both tried to justify it as "necessary." Both lived as parasites. Their sexual proclivities were also quite similar. Both were pretentious windbags and frauds. Neither one of them liked paying their bills. They were both obliged to flee their home countries to avoid prosecution.

I saw him years ago on 60 Minutes.

I have never seen such haughty arrogance....
utter disdain for everyone and everything.

Happy Earth Day, Ira.
