Islamofascist

I have adopted this word into my regular usage. I wonder, did Steyn coin this term?

I believe it was coined by Christopher Hitchens. Great Steyn column, though.

Michael Savage claims he coined the term "islamofascist", but he claims alot of stuff. Anyway, I wonder who was the first to use it?
