I agree that your client is not a victim. I also agree that these boys are old enough to know right from wrong. My question would be are they old enough to understand the consequences of their actions?

I am sorry, but I don't fall into the thinking line of holding children responsible as adults when they commit a crime. Especially not 10 and 11 year old children. I also do not believe that long term juvenile incarceration is the answer for a child this young either. The mentality here seems to be "hang them" whenever a child does wrong and I cannot go along with that. A 10 or 11 year old child does not function as an adult ( mentally or socially ).

I also do not believe that children are born as "bad seeds". I may be a minority with this opinion but nevertheless it is my opinion. I have a child that is 11 years old and one getting ready to be 10. I can't imagine one of them thinking of doing something so awful nor can I fathom them ever being "locked away" for a long time. When an adult commits a crime ( like this or any other ) they do so knowing that they are forfeiting their life to the prison system. They do so knowing that they are breaking the law. I do not belive that a child does so with this understanding.

I beg to differ with your liberalesque knee jerk reaction to proper punishment for two monsters who made the life of a boy half their age, pure living hell, in an institution that is supposed to be where children are safe and being molded into the future adults of this country-not twisted by junior demons into freaky misfits with sexual identity problems that can last a life time.

I don't care whether these creatures are tried as adults or as children and I don't believe they should be thrown into adult prision as entertainment for adult perverts of their on species. Once convicted, they should be turned over to the father of the five year old to do with as he damn well pleases-to emasculate or to slaughter as he sees fit. The man should not be forced to resist his urges to destroy his childs molesters-the law should understand his feelings and sanction his actions. Anything else is not justice, but abuse of the innocent.

We've just become to d*mn tolorant-that is our problem.

Oh come on... the first responsibility is to put these monkeys (sub-human primates) in a place where they can be supervised so they do not re-offend with another tiny child. Unfortunately I'm not sure juvie is a place that would stop them from victimizing others but I don't know a better place. You let them go they will think they got away with it and do it again and again and again. Not to mention other little animals.
