Maybe its a cover operation like people have been suggesting. Draw the LEOs from DC, attack the city center. Or maybe its a rogue cell. Or maybe its designed to slowly terrorize the populous ie a horror movie rather than a bang bang bang attack ie 9/11. Lots of people who dont live in the DC area still dont think its a big deal, maybe these people want to give people a false sense of security before hitting their home town. or it could be a home-grown wacko, pissed because the Redskins suck.

Maybe, maybe, lot's of maybes, I have a feeling we are going to find out very soon, although not soon enough. I just read ( forgot what site) that France has notified authorities here in the US that one of their expert marksman has gone AWOL since August and they said it is possible that this is our sniper. Hmmm, let's just hope and pray whoever it is we get him real fast.
