I'm so mad. My in-laws brought me a coffee mug from the George Bush library and as I was loading into the dishwasher I noticed the sticker on the bottom that read "
Made in China"Sheesh! I hope the George W. Bush online store sells American made products, especially in times like these!

Thanks for the link. I just ordered some mugs -- pretty cool looking.
I don't mind that they are not made in the USA. I don't like to support unions. (...even though I am a reluctant member of one.)

Most American's can't afford to purchase items "Made In America". Well, hmmph...I can still grumble, can't I? It's gotten to where I hate shopping in Walmart because Sam Walton's proud signs "Made in America" are all gone and most of the merchandise is imported. After the Chinese government kept our plane and held our soldiers hostage, I NOTICE these labels now more than ever. 'Course, I don't feel much better seeing "made in Mexico" either. sigh.

I hate shopping in Walmart because Sam Walton's proud signs "Made in America" are all gone and most of the merchandise is imported. Wal-Mart has it's corporate headquarters in Arkansas, and Bubbette! was on the board of directors before Bubba-1 was elected to be president. Wal-Mart didn't really start pushing Chinese crap until after Bubba-1 was elected, and started boosting trade with them. YOU add it all up.

This is the email response I got back regarding their products:
We go out of our way to source American made products for this site. As a
result, 99% of the merchandise sold on the site is 100% American made.
There are some rare instances when some components of a particular item may
not be American made. In these infrequent situations we only use countries
with a stable, pro-American, democratic government. If we can answer any
other questions you may have regarding this site, please feel free to
contact us.
Thank you,
