This all comes just after George W. Bush has Congressional approval to go to war against Iraq or any other nation that threatens our National Security.

umm as far as I knew the congressional approval only allows Bush to go after Iraq. The language the WH wanted, allowing him to go after anyone who threatens the US was taken out by the panty-waist democrats.
