He doesn't realize that there is no way that N. Korea can challenge us in a nuclear exchange, Nor does Iran or Iraq. It's just that N. Korea and Iran understand they can't win and Iraq can't. Not to mention that Iran and N. Korea doesn't want to be included in the boundries of todays Resolution
