Well, apparently what their intentions are is to exploit the loophole. Surely the DSA wouldn't need to pay transportation and housing for "locals"?!!!!

See this other post on the thread I mentioned above:

I live in the socialist republic of Minnesota and I can tell you that hasn't been the case for many years. A-N-Y-B-O-D-Y can walk up to an election judge, tell them they are so-and-so, the judge checks the computer list of registered voters and hands you a ballot card. NO ID, NO CROSS CHECK OF CRENDENTIALS OF ANY KIND. Any rat that keeps track of the old folks that die in the neighborhood they live in will compile a list of likely registered voters that won't be showing up to vote that fall. That's the way it is in metropolitan Minnesota today.

My last post on this subject, since I am now merely repeating myself.

I've read the DSA page several times. My point is that what that page is talking about is bringing people to Minnesota to conduct a late voter registration drive. Nothing on the page justifies the conclusion that the people being broght to Minnesota are going to vote themselves. I know everyone's het up over this, but it just isn't there.

And if they did intend to bring people to Minnesota to vote illegally, I don't think they'd publish a web page about it, much less suggest that donations are tax-deductible. Even Socialists aren't that stupid.
