What's the weather picture in that area??

DC Metro is getting the rain that we (Atlanta) were stuck with all day yesterday (cold and steady).

I would hope that with that kind of weather, any opportunity for him/them to strike is minimized.

The shooting last Friday was in pretty hard rain. I assume that's why choppers didn't go up.
