Islam provides for this problem. It is acceptable to tell a lie to protect the faith. If you believe devout, hard-core, fundamentalist type Moslems wouldn't use tarot cards, then, if it is necessary to lead you astray, it's OK for them to use tarot cards.

Great comment: the usual
"oh-so-PC crowd":
Note that the New York Times, CNN, the Washington Post, etc.---the usual oh-so-PC crowd---have not mentioned the dark-skinned angle at all.

You speak truth. More likely than even tricks of the light are the perspectives of the witnesses. I've noticed that depending on who they hang out with and their own ethnicity, Asians will think I'm white, or maybe half-Filipino, whites "know" I'm different but can't pinpoint it, and with blacks they've most often felt I was some form of Latino or white.
Dark-skinned could mean a bunch of things, but it really depends on the witnesses. If all but one of them is white, then they'd see MidEasterners as "dark," while someone who is dark themselves would often see anything that ain't black or obviously Asian as "white."

It's an enclosed parking deck dude. It's VERY easy to see the color of someone's skin, from 30 yards or more if the lights are bright enough, EVEN in an outdoor lot.

I know you're upset, but you have to consider the integrity of FR when posting stuff like that.

" Why is it so hard for you to accept eye witness accounts? "
Hey, don't get me wrong. I want very much for it to be an Arab. I am just putting myself in their place, and I would think it might be difficult to tell at night. The eyewitness were not very good at giving a composite sketch of the guy. Were they?

The occult is very well known and used in the middle east. I can't see why people don't think the Tarot card would be used by Muslims. It is used by religions everywhere. My BIL is married to a middle easterner, and trust me, she knows the occult very well! You are correct, the ME's are very superstitious folks. Believe me they can justify anything including "I Am God". It is ONLY lying to the infidels to accomplish jihad (not a major sin).
You'll really need to think out of the box on this one even if it makes no sense to you. You gotta think like them and look into their beliefs.
