Of course its terrorism. It fits perfectly with al-Qaida's stated mission to prove we are vulnerable and will now be victimized on our own soil. It is a continuing war of emotional destruction waged every minute of every day on every citizen in the affected area. This is far more successful than simply blowing up something. This affects the economy, citizen morale, government operations, police operations, and is even now threatening to affect aspects of military operations as the pentagon has to divert resources to help catch him. This is a bomb that just keeps exploding, growing more devasting each day. Only a fool would think it not terrorism. Are they willing to re-write psychological profiling and throw out all the textbooks just to accomodate this attacker as not being a terrorist? The people can take the truth. We know we're at WAR.

Have you ever heard of logic? This absurd conclusion and it's alleged justification is the farthest thing from logical I can find on this thread so far apart from the Bush administration's claim that if there is no evidence then they are free to claim it's terrorism.

By your logic above, every criminal act committed in America is an act of terrorism.

This creep is a terrorist of some sort, but don't discount the possiblility that he is a lone wolf nut that has an agenda that doesn't fit your profile.
