MORE LIKE THIS, PLEASE:
Sean Gifford of PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) and an unidentified man in a cow-suit had planned a peaceful protest at the gates of the Grammar School to let pupils know about the claimed hazards in milk.
But they had to be rescued by two female police officers when the teenage pupils launched a violent protest of their own.
About 100 children, shouting "milk for the masses" and carrying banners, surrounded Mr Gifford and his "cow" partner and drenched them both in milk for about ten minutes. The police eventually intervened and escorted the PETA members back to their car.

Wow! I'll bet that was a "hazard" that "Mr. Gifford and his 'cow partner'" never anticipated!

No, this Gentleman from New Hampshire, a Systems Architect, not a Redneck Moonshiner's Kid, has a dog named Caesar, not Duke, and the dog has four yellow legs, as befitting a Yellow Lab.
Of course, taking issue with your Eco-Loving fantasies does, in your Feminazi mind, classify me as that stereotype that you just spewed.
My I humbly suggest you put a rubber band around your head...and snap out of it?

Well, I'd say that you would be depriving your child of lifetime health if you withheld milk and milk products. There is some risk in everything we consume but the benefits far outweigh the costs. Our food, in the United States, is without one doubt, safer than it has been in any time throughout time.
People run around being afraid of everything even as we live longer and healthier lives than ever before. That's the whole thing with these agendas, they're out there to cause fear in people like you to acheive a political end that really has nothing to do with your safety but their own power issues.

I agree. It isn't that the milk itself is full of hormones naturally but rather the feeds and such that the cows ingest are treated with hormones and such. During digestion the hormones are passed through to the milk.
Source?? Not some looney bin left-wing web site either.
I have NEVER seen the mills add anything when grinding feed. And dairy cows are treated like GOLD.
Are you a farmer??

I would only hold off on for the first two years as it has been suggested.....however...as some people in here have stated and as I have read...it causes kids to hit puberty earlier.

If you are going to hold off for two years then you better breastfeed full time. It is from birth to age one that children NEED the milk fat to grow and develop properly.

It does seem to make sense that kids are going into puberty at 9, 10 and 11...instead of 12 or 13.No, no, no...that's not going into puberty...that's pre-teen girls dressing like Britney Spears! ;-)

Yes, it's called suburban zoning laws. So, if state or local law forbids the sale of raw milk, it is simply not available to the average landless person. We had a heck of a battle here in LA to keep the right to buy raw milk.Ah, I can smell the government condescension...
