Your posts about the forgotten and neglected veterans are wonderful reminders of what is owed them and what our simplest of gestures toward them can mean.
As many of you know, I am treated at the VA Medical Center in Augusta, Georgia, and they visably light up if you engage them in conversation; and especially if you thank them for what they are and have done.
