As for witness accounts we heard here in Phoenix one witness thought a tire had blown on a car. Then they interviewed another guy on the radio who said he had a vision that morning that the shooting would occur at that location. He said he was a contractor and had been in the country for 20 years. Sure couldn't tell it by his English.
Put forty witnesses at a crime scene and generally you will have a variety of accounts and most of them won't be the same.
