It could be, but "American fanatics" haven't been rolling out a litany of murderous fatwas for the past three years.

The civilian population must help.... if you hear a shot look around and pay careful attention to any vehicle pulling away and a civilian has to see this shooter now that everyone is alert and be brave enough to follow and call police on cell phone. 2. This killer can be stopped much sooner with a brave citizen on the spot than 1000 police coming 10 minutes later.

Thats true. If it is muslims (and I am totally wrong) then we have to declare a anti-Islamic jihad (let them see how it feels to be Jihaded against)! I am sick and tired of them and want them out of the country. Let the PC crowd rot!!!
