Haven't read through all the posts to see if this has been commented on, but the .223Rem doesn't tumble. It spirles just like other rounds fired out of a rifled barrel. Once inside a highly viscous material (like flesh), it begins to do some pretty funky things.

Would you mind telling me what firearms does cause rounds to tumble? I've only read about the what i called spinning..
