The shootings started not long after the Al-Qaeda cells in Portland and Buffalo got busted. Perhaps this Washington cell decided to act before the FBI did.

I agree with you about the Portland connection. Also, the white van/box turck could be diversionary vehicles, meaning more than 1 or 2 persons involved. I would be very surprised if it is lone sniper.
