Early in a thread about a week ago on another sniper shooting, somebody mentioned that the shooting occurred in Falls Church, VA. He was immediately corrected and was told that Falls Church was completely out of the area of previous sniper shootings. I just find this a little strange.

No accounting for ignorance, or for people not being able to use a Mapquest map - or look at maps that all of the local newspapers have on their web sites.

This perp follows news and selects locations carefully. I have feared all along that he/she may be lurking here. I personally think we should be very careful what we say.
