Yes this is; I just heard Fuhrman (sp?) say he isn't sure this is the sniper because how high a rate of speed by which he left, not using the same MO.
I'd hate to see everybody get all worked up and the "perp" get caught, only to find out that the particular perp that was caught was only a copycat.

Mark is great; but was surprised when he said this. . .
. . .it may have just been a case of more traffic than he usually confronts; and knowing more police are on alert; may have felt it necessary to go a little faster. Maybe this killer is trying to up the ante so to speak; by making his attacks and his getting away, even more challenging; hence taking a victim in a more crowded area. .
