Well, the LEAs could always jump to the encrypted tactical nets... but that would be too simple, wouldn't it?

I wouldn't be surprised if what is going out over the scanner is disinformation... it's what I would do...

Traffic report on WTOP just said the traffic is easing up... police activity lessening. What the #### !!! Is this slimeball gonna get away again? ugghh. :-(
