No, not rocking and not really rolling on the floor but it was funnier than just a plain old LOL!

I understand there is a mosque in walking distance from the shopping center... IMO, there should be a pile of smoking rubble there.

"On second thought, you might be right. If he is using a bolt action, he probably wouldn't eject the case. But the police have found ejected cases, right?"
That's one of those details they have not been really anxious to share. I think the only time they confirmed finding a casing was in the park across from the school. Later of course, we found out about the tarot card with it.

I think this is exactly why he's getting away with it. No one is looking beyond a 100 yard glance. It's not a problem with the police, it's the eye witnesses.

Actually, to be fair, so was the white couple standing to the right in the background. The cell phone makes it more ominous, but perhaps everyone there was talking about something in particular, that we could not see.

Excellent!
The good people of North Idaho had their reputation sullied by those creeps for long enough.

No... I thought of that... so I got one that came with discount refills...

Also, it looks like we may have a clue in the time of the shootings, wasn't the one tonight merely ONE HOUR later than the last? No. The last shooting (before this) was at 9:30 in the morning. The one before that was at 8:15 at night, which IS an hour before the time of the shooting tonight. The one before that at 8:09 a.m., and the one before that was three days previous at 2:30 pm. BTW, there WERE five shootings on October, 3, four of them in the morning and one at night and two on the 2nd, both in the evening.

Fox News: "lower level parking lot".....not sure exactly what that means.... In the front of the store, there is an open parking lot. Pillars support a roof which connects to the roof of the store. On the roof is parking. When you park below in front of the store, you drive under the roof among the pillars. Just past this roofed open parking lot is a regular, large, run of the mill open parking lot for the rest of the mall.
Between the mall parking lot and the highway (Rte 50/Arlington Blvd, which has a divider) is an access road.
The police wouldn't say where the killer was waiting, except to say nearby. If the killer waited on the same side of the parking lot, they would have had to be by an exit onto the access road.
The roads in this area are loaded with traffic. It is an area where many highways converge, and where there are many stores.
This Home Depot is open 24 hours.

This is funny. I looked up my perps last name and it means "evil," "wicked," "angry."

"..it could even be a Thompson Contender.."
But why would he eject the spent case? Since he's only taking one shot, it would seem he would leave the spent case in the chamber and thus leave the police with less to go on?

I didn't stick around to find out. I heard the audio and that was enough for me.

This map has Babylon marked on it in relation to the rest of modern Iraq, but it won't let me post the map itself. Here's the link which will have to be copied and pasted into your browser. It shows Babylon to be somewhat south of Baghdad, between the Tigris and Euphrates.

Actually, to be fair, so was the white couple standing to the right in the background. I've seen this clip many times tonight and have *yet to see* other people "yucking-it-up" as this moron did.

It's a good shot for me with a carbine sized rifle (they did say mini 14 or AR 15, right?). I do well with my '06 hunting rifle, but that's different. My 7.62x39 mini 14 doesn't do too well at ranges over 100 yards.

Looks REALLY close to where I thought perp lives.
