Haven't scrolled through all the threads - you probably know this. At 5:55 p.m. EST, Fox went to local reporting that an abandoned white box truck was found in Washington, D.C. that was being towed for examination by police. Had tags that had been tampered with, a recent paint job and a dent in the rear. Video showed truck - didn't look burned but it's possible it was gutted and burned inside.
