You ignore the true facts.
The Barron v Baltimore decision was overturned by the 14th amendment.
- The ratification debates for the 14th make it quite clear that preventing further 2nd amendment violations by some states were a major factor in its passage. [see the Library of Congress for the debates]

This irrefutable fact, -- that the Second Amendment does indeed apply to state & local governments, reconfirmed by the passage of the 14th amendment, -- has been pointed out to you every time you repost that moot old Barron decision.

Give up your gungrabbing anti-constitutional mania on the subject, roscoe. You look like a fool supporting such communitarian bull on a conservative site.
