Absolutely, I think that is why I think you will find more and more 'American-like' violence in other countries of the world, as cable and satellite television gets more prevalent. You can see the deterioration of the family unit in some of the most Catholic countries in western-Europe now. It is much more so than it was 15 or 20 years ago. I guess that's a result of a smaller globe; bad stuff catches on much faster than good stuff. I am not an Islamic sympathizer by any means, but I can sometimes understand their disgust of western ways and their desire to remain isolationists, similar to the far east in the 1800's.
