As a native Baltimorean who now resides in Stafford VA the only thing I miss about the Sun is detailed coverage of the O's. Maybe that is a good thing considering what Angelos has done to the team. On topic, I love my native city but am so glad I do not have to endure Maryland politics anymore. As an aside, if DC keeps making headway with the representation in Congress issue - I say give all non-federal land back to MD - the state gave it to the Feds in good faith. At least that would save us from two eternal Senate seats.

Make that "two eternal liberal Senate seats". That is also assuming there is no hope that Maryland will ever wake up in the political sense.
