Actually, there are several. Making training videos and writing training manuals and books for the jihad seems to have developed into a cottage industry. These seem to be sold mostly in mosques or over the internet.

As far as I know (and I could be wrong) the al-Qaeda Training Manual is more or less considered the "mother of"... Here's a thread with the link to it. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/584998/posts
