If they know he doesn't know his way around and there is the possibility that the "unknown words" on the van said this, then I would think someone could find a business in Northern Maryland? with that name?

I thought about a delivery truck for a competitor of Michael's named 'Total Crafts' but it uses red lettering not purple/black.

I don't think the words "total recall" or "total access" panned out. May have been bad info...maybe not?

We have gone from an Astro mini-van to a Mini-Van with a ladder, to an actual truck van.

Long as we are speculating, it seems they don't really have a firm description of the vehicle, IMHO.
