What is mexico doing now, or ever, to further her own economic development ???

Mexico has done quite a bit to further her economic development since the currency crash of the early 80's (or late 70's, can't remember right now), and they have quite a ways to go.

We as a Nation, are engaged in "nation building" all over the globe, well, this is our hemisphere, and if we are going to "build nations", we should start here.
