Hey, RBA, you're entitled to your opinion....you know better than I about how Moose was in your community. And I don't disagree with you about his needing help. I'm sure this whole matter would be way over the head of most any police chief....they'd all be wise to ask for those trained in these kinds of things. As I told you before, I think, even Bush said a wise man gets smarter men to help him get the job done.
