No other physcho killer has this odd M.O. it HAS TO BE a bin laden terrorist.

The only two random long-rifle sniper serial killers I'm aware of previously in the US turned out to be white male gun enthusiasts.

Usually a serial killer/mass murderer has a set group type/a one time deal thing or reasoning of some sort.These snipers have no reasoning. I believe the tarot card is to throw us off and make a point at the same time. Just like anthrax was not a homegrown sicko I do not believe these snipers are either.

I was listening to a profiler speak a couple of days ago on the radio. I recall that he said there were two serial snipers in the last 20-30 years with with long-range rifles who were never caught. He also said that snipers are the most difficult of all serial killers to profile.

This guy is a fear freak (I guess it is a guy). It floats his boat to see this well-heeled area of the country all a-tremble. I think he is an American who hates the government with a passion. Otherwise, he would not be locating himself here in Washington. He is attacking just your run-of-the-mill, everyday folk. I think he would have killed the kid at the school, had he wanted to. He is too good a shot.

It will be a big surprise to many if and when he is caught.
