That's because it IS doctored, and Law Enforcement SAID it was doctored...it's NOT a photo of the actual box truck that people saw, it's a photo of a box truck similar to what people saw, that has been computer-modified based on the witnesses.

It looks like a highly detailed model in someone's den. The background appears to be wood paneling while the foreground looks like brown carpet.
I agree it looks doctored but I think what it really is is that the picture was taken with a cheap camera and doesn't have a good depth of field. I'm thinking here of how the ending words on the side of the truck blur out. That's what my cheap little 'webcam' camera does. .02
