1. If the composite released by authorities is what the real truck looks like, then:
A. It costs money to own & operate. B. It may contain:
a. A well-prepared firebase
b. ANFO
c. Both
C: LEOs should approach with extreme caution!

How hard can it to be to find a truck that says "Unknown words Unknown Words - Unknown Words Unknown Words Unknown Words" on it?

Not sure who to blame, but we are at war,
and Ockam's razor rules. Until proven otherwise,
our enemies in the War for Enduring Freedom are first on the list.
Furthermore, relevant to the terrorist shootings in
Virginia and Maryland, Arab periodicals had a most interesting cartoon in October.
Depending on its origin and when, this may remind some
of the calendar predicting the 911 Atrocities months in advance.

I've been looking for those words for over 3 hours now. It's not as easy as it would seem.

Buy a used truck, paint over the old corporate names and advertising with cheap white paint, next thing you know you have a white truck with purple indistinct lettering.
We have on in the neighborhood at this moment, right down to the damaged bumper. At the same time we have three different Astrovans, each with a yellow ladder on top.
I hope the 5 federal officers patroling the community notice these vehicles!

The terrorism issue aside, Id like to blame the Dems for it, something along the lines of promoting gun control or something equally inane. But my original assesment remains; Al-Qaeda. If its not them, blame them anyway.

something just doesn't look right It looks like a highly detailed model in someone's den. The background appears to be wood paneling while the foreground looks like brown carpet.
I agree it looks doctored but I think what it really is is that the picture was taken with a cheap camera and doesn't have a good depth of field. I'm thinking here of how the ending words on the side of the truck blur out. That's what my cheap little 'webcam' camera does. .02

I looked where you lived. I hope you've notified the proper authorities because that info is important.

According to your timeline it appears these shootings were all in the same city, what's unique is the distance travelled in the amount of time.
It appears the shooter always had to be in by a certain time of the night, meaning no one was shot past 9:30p.m. or before 7a.m.
The longest trip took about 17 hours to drive, Washington DC to Frederickberg, Virginia which was a weekend trip.
My speculation is that it's a kid(s) that must be accountable at certain times to not look suspicious. The weekend could have been a sleepover excuse. I know farfetched for a kid, but possible. We didn't expect Columbine killers to be building bombs and planning a terrorist attack on a school either.

Profiling is wrong, wrong, wrong. If the police do decide upon a profile, then they should only assign officers to pursue leads fitting the profile, so long as they assign a proportionate number to pursue leads that do not fit the profile.
Example: If the profile is determined to be a 32-year-old, white, divorced, recently unemployed man, then it should be determined what percentage of the population men fitting this profile comprise. Of all detectives dedicated to working the case, only that percentage of them should be allowed to pursue men fitting the profile. Otherwise, we are all racists and justice can not occur by way of racism.
I had better see a lot more 70-year-old nuns having their home invaded by ATF or FBI no-knock raids, rather than victims who are likely suspects.
Murder is wrong, but so is profiling. First we profile, then we arrest, then we start prosecuting guilty people. This is a slippery slope that eventually leads to the imprisonment of criminals. Is that the type of country that you want to live in?

The phrase that was written on the tarot card: "Mister policeman" is pretty strange...Who talks like that?. Maybe one of the Beatles...but again they sang Mister Postman.

You are right of course. We are at war and it's best to keep a keen eye look for the enemy. We all know who the enemy is.

I'm guessing that whoever is doing the shooting has a weekday job--probably some sort of repair/maintenance/construction/delivery job that takes him into and around town. If he services office equipment, he goes from place to place. Same thing with other type repairs. He would probably drive a van with tools inside and it could be easy to conceal a weapon. If he's in construction, perhaps remodeling or repair, the same basic thing can apply. He's off on weekends, perhaps out of town or has a family to which it would be difficult to account for missing time.
The location of his 'hits' may depend upon the location of his various job assignments. Best guess is that he's going to places where he knows he can get a quick hit and from which he can make a hasty, unseen escape. That way he has little time to spend waiting on his victims. The areas are busy--one walks into his gunsite and that's it.

I would say he is married and has kids (might explain no shootings on the weekends) so as not to get his family suspicious. Seems to prefer doing it before work and during rush hour when there are alot more of those trucks that look like his on the road. Also seems to do it using company vehicle probably parks his car at work and thereby going home in a different vehicle at night can escape the cops that are scanning the area for his type of vehicle. He is very familiar with the area and has lived there all his life and knows all the roadways and maps out his escape route before he does any shooting. But that is just my dumb opinion.

Did any of the 19 from 9/11 ever hold an actual job,or was their stay here totally financed by their group?
