Excuse me, but why in the HELL are ANY cops wearing ski masks?? The only folks I know of that wear ski masks are criminals and terrorists.

The community leaders need to rise up and enlist ordinary people to be on community watch at schools, libraries, places or worship, gas stations, grocery stores until these people are caught. We need to ban all across this country in prayer with our brothers and sisters and not wait for folly like this to come to our communities. Pray for them to slip up, pray for great wisdom upon the investigtors and safety for the cities. Anyway we cannot let fear reign in our hearts.

Your idea of enlisting local folks to stand watch is a good one. The neighborhood watch program, when instituted, is usually very effective as a deterrent. In this case, a watch program could be both a deterrent and a means to sight the bastards.

Well, I agree with you also that they will not rest until they have won. You and I are just infidels to them. They have no motivation not to eliminate us when they believe that they have all these virgins waiting for them and raising their children from infants to have such hatred. Only a new generation of Muslims with tolerance for and love for others with different beliefs when this happens then maybe we have a chance.

Two people do not have parallel psychoses.

This is the key fact that points toward terrorism, or jihad as the author states. People do not have parallel pyschoses that allow them to work together in military style teamwork over a period of time and a set of events. This requires a different kind of tie, to create the "stamina" for continued team action. For this kind of tie -- one that fits the facts at hand perfectly -- you look toward ties of religion, particularly extremist religion. And from that you arrive directly at Islamic jihad.

That we are currently engaged in a war of societies with this enemy, leads one straight to the military concept of infiltration (used with great effectiveness by the Red Army against the German Wehrmacht in WWII).

It is very difficult to see anything else that fits the real facts at hand in such a complete way.

My belief is that IF the DC area shooter is an Islamic terrorist, other cells would recognise the efficacy of the deeds and begun the same in other areas. Now THAT would be terror!

I still think and believe that the shooter is a middle-aged hater who is looking for a moment of glory, taking as many as possible, before eating a cop's bullet.

Johnson was responding to the fact that the Montgomery monster's latest hit was grimly performed by two human beings in that now well-known white panel van - facts that might well suggest a terrorist attack.

This isn't a "fact" it's a "fabrication" by the incompetent author of this story.

Yeah, but these are detectives investigating a murder. Sorry, but I don't buy the need for domestic police to wear ski masks (not even members of SWAT Teams).

Being devilishly mean is not necessarily psychosis. These murderers may just be damn mean, and terrorists for sure, though we have yet to discover whether they're Islamicists or Muslim terrorists. The hillside stranglers were cousins. It is still conjectured that the Zodiac killer was part of a cult of murder. Just thought you'd like to know.

Manpower has been pulled off any number of other duties for this investigation/operation. Many of those officers could well be undercover on other duties, counterdrug or counterterror guys.

If you had a son, father or husband who was one of them, you wouldn't want them showing their face on TV or in public.
