It's "Fleet Week" in San Francisco.

During the Giants/Cards baseball game yesterday evening, the ump stopped play of the game for a few minutes. It was during that stoppage in play that the Blue Angels flew over PacBell Park. It was a great sight to see and Fox gave lots of camera time to the fly-over.

"Morning Has Broken" is my favorite hymn and I love the way Cat Stevens sings it. I have the mp3, it is on the server at work, but it is over 3MB and would take forever to download. I don't remember the url to link to it anyway. I think I will see if I can locate it in a wav file.

It's been a good day so far. I stayed after church this morning and did some decorating for fall in the sanctuary. I always like to have a table of bounty at the altar to symbolize God's graciousness to us.
