Would a moslem use the phrase "I am God"?

I should like to point out the simple fact
that the phrase "I am God" occurs many times
in the Christian Bible.

(ex. Genesis 17:1, 26:24)

As a quotation from holy scripture
(which I presume this might be)
a moslem certainly could use this phrase.

The Christian Bible is a sacred text for moslems
and I assume the phrase "I am Allah" occurs many times
in the Koran as well.

"I am God" could easily be intended to mean, metaphorically, "I am the instrument of God" (whether an Islamist or not).

On the other hand, look at the posts made by somebody in what appears to be a message board about an on-line role-playing game called the Romance of the Three Kingdoms. He has used two different signatures in his posts on that board:

Who am I? Who am I? I, am the incarnation of Death. I am your executioner. I am your murderor. I am your destroyer. I AM GOD.

"Never run from a sniper, you will only die tired...." Emperor Sima Kai of the Han Kingdom. "I am the God of Death"
[You'll need to click on the various posts at the link above to see these quotes, but they appear repeatedly.]

I'm not making any accusations about this particular person. It's spooky, but there are probably a lot of people with these sorts of emotions, especially in role-playing games, most of whom never snap in real life. All I'm saying is that it could easily be somebody with no Islamic associations at all.
