Actually, since you've failed to even read any of the citations I've provided, much less respond to them, we can just agree that you've ceded the discussion to me.
Also, "Officer," haven't you recently claimed on Freep to be both an LEO in NC and in TX? Please explain to us how this works.

I have claimed no such thing. I have been in Texas 1 time in my life. I am not an LEO in Texas, just NC.
