WTOP radio still discussing whether or not this is the same shooter. I shudder to think that there might be more then one person or group of people doing this now....like a copycat.

Why wouldn't it be the same shooter? I haven't really checked but were any of the shootings done at the same time or around the same time? If they were than it was more than one. But if it wasn't then he knows shortcuts and the areas he can easily get away and go somewhere else while the police are scrambling in one area. Then again I don't know the area at all cause I am a New YAWWWKER!!! ;-)
