Plain clothed mailitia members would be a good way to protect citizens.
Instead, they let people walk around as targets until they catch the guy!

Providing this cowardly scum with more unarmed targets is a tough option. Were they armed, they'd stand a chance of doing better than just screaming (perhaps) and bleeding (definitely). This predation happens where there is lots of helpless game...not where there are other critters with teeth. How the libs. foist their totalitarian lies is an evil mystery to me, but I have confidence that when our nation takes enough beating over it, they'll sober up and smell the real coffee...and face and accept what's going on, and take the obvious steps, throwing out the feel-good fantasies of the lefty media, educational and political shell-game players.
